Everyone and anyone is welcome to participate! Space is on a first come, first serve basis. We have single day outside spaces available for $50.

$50 outside vendor space is a parking space measuring 9×19. You must fit inside this space, if you need more space, you must buy multiple tickets. Note: 10×10 tents are okay to bring! They will overhang some, but we will make sure everyone fits as we get set up in the morning. This space is NOT for food trucks or food trailers. You may set up table or tent with pre prepared food (for example baked goods are fine)!

All outside pop-up vendors must be completely set up with all vehicles moved by 9:30AM on 5/6/23. If you are not moved in by 9:30am you will forfeit your space, as it will be inaccessible. You must stay until at least 3PM and packed up by 6PM. Bring your own table, chair, and tent if you have one and any other supplies you may need. No supplies will be provided by Sardis Marketplace. Remember to bring cash change for your sales, we will not break bills inside the store. By purchasing a ticket/space you are agreeing to follow the above rules, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You will be assigned a space number, but we will also be available if you have questions.

All outside spaces must be purchased through this webpage on the right hand side! In the comments of your order please give us a short description of what you will primarily be selling as well as if you are bringing a tent or no.

Inside spaces will be available for the weekend 5/5/23-5/7/23 at a rate of $200 for a 10×10 space, please give us a call (704-837-7890) to reserve if you are interested!
